Our Return Policy: returns must meet all of the following guidelines below (see also: terms and conditions). All returns must be accompanied with the following information in the box:

Please include the following information:

  1. Order number (given to you by the automated message acknowledging successful processing) or the invoice number on your receipt.
  2. Reason for return.
  3. Your full name and address (including that of a gift recipient if merchandise was sent as a gift)
  4. Phone number including time zone and area code
  5. E-mail address

IF ANY PARTS ARE MISSING OR DAMAGED PLEASE CALL KOLCRAFT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 1-800-453-7673 is not responsible for shipping costs involved with sending defective strollers or parts returned to Kolcraft.

Terms and conditions: will only accept returned items that:

  1. Are in original packaging (Unless defective)
  2. Have all instructions and paperwork given to you
  3. Do not have missing parts
  4. Are not damaged
  5. Are in re-sellable condition must be notified within 30 days of receiving the merchandise of any parts being exchanged or returned.

20% restocking fee ($10 minimum) on all non-defective merchandise returned. 20% fee waived if exchanging an item.

Shipping Refunds/Damaged Goods:

If your package was damaged by UPS you must call UPS at 1800 PICK UPS or at 1 800 243 3762. Immediate notification ensures compensation. Tracking number is required. The tracking number is on the UPS label on the box.

Shipping will only be refunded only in those instances where the return is a result of our error. Orders sent Internationally, to Hawaii, or Alaska, will not be credited for shipping unless authorized by our customer service staff. Customs charges/import duty tax incurred by your country, will be paid by the consumer. In the instance the tax was refused: Shipping will not be credited and the restocking fee applies.

You may exchange an item if:
- you suspect that there is a manufacturer's defect in your item
- you would like credit towards a different item
- The date you received the item is less than 30 days.

Please contact us and let us know.  Our customer service staff is fast and efficient.  They can help you get what you need FAST!  We offer a several methods of exchanging the items you want switched.

All items being exchanged must be returned before the new item is shipped.  If you would like the new Item shipped before the old item is received, our staff can charge your credit card account for the value of the item.  When the old item is returned you will be credited for the full value of the item being exchanged.
